In order to meet our increasing need to create educational and dynamic digital content that reaches a larger audience and expands our impact, Keep A Breast (KAB) is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to help achieve the organization’s growth goals through awareness and education.

Professional Fundraiser

Position Summary 

We are seeking an experienced freelance Professional Fundraiser with a proven track record in attracting big donors and establishing strong connections with large corporations. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure significant financial contributions, sponsorships, and partnerships to support our ongoing initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Major Donor Cultivation

    • Identify, cultivate, and secure donations from high net worth individuals, ensuring a robust donor pipeline.

    • Develop personalized engagement and solicitation strategies to attract and retain big donors

  • 2. Corporate Partnerships:

    • Leverage connections to initiate and strengthen relationships with large corporations for sponsorships, partnerships, and donations.

    • Create and present customized partnership proposals to align with corporate social responsibility goals.

  • 3. Strategic Fundraising Plans:

    • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to increase donations and financial support from big donors and corporations.

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to set financial targets and track progress.

  • 4. Events and Networking:

    • Represent the foundation at high-profile events, conferences, and meetings to network with potential donors and corporate partners.

    • Organize bespoke events for big donors to showcase the impact of their contributions.

  • 5. Stewardship:

    • Ensure exceptional stewardship and acknowledgment processes for big donors and corporate partners.

    • Maintain ongoing communication to foster long-term relationships and repeat contributions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fundraising with a focus on big donors and corporate partnerships.

  • Established network of contacts with high net worth individuals and large corporations.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and execute strategic fundraising plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the health or breast cancer awareness sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Keep A Breast Foundation’s mission and initiatives.

OFFICE VOLUNTEER — Yucca Valley, CA

We are always looking for extra helping hands in our offices. Volunteers help out in various roles ranging from shipping Treasured Chest Program kits, helping pack for local or summer events/tours like the Vans Warped Tour to assisting with organizing educational packs for fundraisers and events around the country.
