If you delete your User Contributions from the Websites or Mobile Application, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Websites or Mobile Application users.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Additional Information for Mobile Application Users

App User Data Deletion

Users of our Mobile Application can request the complete deletion of their information and accounts by submitting our contact form. Upon verification, we will delete the requested data.

Discouragement of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

We strongly discourage users from including any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within their app profiles. The app is designed to function without requiring such data.

No Image Uploads

Our Mobile Application does not allow users to upload any images. This helps in maintaining privacy and security of the users.

No Third-Party Sharing of App Data

We do not share account and profile data from the Mobile Application with third parties. However, we do track app usage statistics in an aggregated form to evaluate app performance and metrics of self-tests performed, steps completed within self-tests, rewards claimed, and new tests scheduled.

Health Information for Record Keeping

The information entered by users during a self-test, if they find something, is for record-keeping purposes only to share with their medical provider. Users should ensure that no PII is included in this information.
