Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States Of America who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Keep A Breast Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on 08/01/2024 at 8:30 a.m. PST and ends on 08/15/2024 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Entry Period").

How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, donate to The Keep A Breast Foundation during the Entry Period. Each donation will automatically enter the donor into the sweepstakes, and each donation will count for one entry. Alternatively, to enter without donating, mail a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to 7168 Mohawk Trail, Yucca Valley, CA 92284. All mail-in entries must be received by 08/15/2024 at 5 p.m. PST.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Foundation's sole discretion. The Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about 08/19/2024 by an independent third party or a representative of The Keep A Breast Foundation, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email or phone/DM within 2 days of the drawing.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to The Keep A Breast Foundation and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: The Keep A Breast Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by the Foundation in its sole discretion. The Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Keep A Breast Foundation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) late or undelivered mail; (e) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in San Diego, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Foundation in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
