MZ & Emmers Raises Funds For Keep A Breast, Help Them Hit 48k!

Who is MZ & Emmers you ask? MZ & Emmers is made up of a team “MZ” who is a women’s professional soccer player of the Portland Thorns, McCall Zerboni and “Emmers” nine-year-old Emma Bayer, a fourth grade student from Georgia. Back in 2011, the team partnered up to make big things happen and raise awareness in their community. The first ever auction was held and to date MZ & Emmers have raised over $43k for Keep A Breast through the DIY Action Initiative.

As Breast Cancer Awareness month approaches, we are excited that MZ & Emmers has two awesome auctions leading up to October.

Starting today, Sept 15th, MZ & Emmers launched an auction featuring bras from the Portland Thorns, Washington Spirit, FC Kansas City, Chicago Red Stars, Seattle Reign, Houston Dash, the US Women's Deaf Soccer Team and more! We want to thank these strong women for taking the time to team up for this fundraiser and bringing awareness to female athletes looking up to them.

As if that’s not enough, MZ & Emmers spent the whole summer asking some super talented musicians to sign sports bras for breast cancer awareness. This auction will be the largest one to date and will include musicians such as Bebe Rexha, Juliet Simms, Icon For Hire, Candy Hearts, Jules Vera, New Year’s Day and many more. You may recognize a few of these artists from Vans Warped Tour this past summer. We were lucky enough to share a tour route with them for 51 days and we are especially lucky that they chose to be a part of this auction that benefits breast cancer awareness and prevention education. This auction will start on October 11 and go through October 18 and will take place on eBay.
